About Maritza

Maritza, born in Colombia South America, has been in the Real Estate Sales, Design, Investing and Renovation business for over 20 years. With a degree in Interior Design from Bogota's "School of Business & Arts ", one of Colombia's top colleges.  She has worked with top officials in the Colombian government, business leaders in Bogota' as well as well known celebrities and government officials who reside here in Baltimore and Washington, DC.  Maritza holds a substantial portfolio of rental property and is an  active and experienced landlord.  She currently purchases residential real estate to renovate and resell Which gives her an advantage to know what buyers and sellers need and desire!
