On January 3, 2001 with the passing of our mother and all the stress from weeks of hospital visits and funeral arrangements we were overwhelmed with what to do with the house and personal items.

A friend recommended Maritza.  After our first meeting, we followed all of the recommendations she gave us.  The estate was opened, will probated and we cleaned out the personal items.

Maritza's crew's came in painted and installed new carpet throughout the house, also updating the kitchen and bathrooms.  All of this work was completed in one week.

Maritza came in and did the staging for sale.  The staging was attractive and very appealing.  We relaxed and trusted Maritza's judgment and the house was sold in Five Days.

We appreciated her patience in responding to all of our nervous phone call.  She was always helpful and reassuring. 

In this real estate market for the transaction to be completed in this short time was unbelievable.  We credited Maritza's knowledge and experience for making this happen... because she is the Best!

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how very pleased I am with the wonderful decorating service you provided for me.  I think you should know things that were particularly impressing.

1.       You met with me to discover what furniture I wanted to incorporate into your design.  You inquired as to my preference in styles and colors in order to bring my personality into the room.

2.       In no time at all, you returned with several layouts for me to choose from.  In each layout you had fabric samples plus computerized room arrangements that gave me a clear visual as to what to expect.

3.       I loved being able to save some furniture by reupholstering it.  You provided skilled sources for all work that needed to be done resulting in the job being completed in record time.  You always monitored every craftsman to make sure that they executed the job to your specifications.

4.       You were involved personally with the physical application of the project by personally delivering furniture and accessories.  The fact that you were up on a ladder hanging pictures was most impressive.

5.       I liked how you took some pieces of furniture and moved them to other rooms in the house.  You certainly captured my personality and I just love everything that you did.

Everyone who comes into the house remarks how beautiful our home is.  That is because the first room they see is the living room.  I give them your name and number.
